About space

The space is established in the Children and Youth Service Department, implementing the project "Encouraging Residents to Use the Internet Smart in Renewed Public Internet Access Infrastructure" initiated by Lithuanian National Martynas Mazvydas Library. The link about a project that seeks to develop and renew public access to computing and the Internet infrastructure in public libraries, enabling citizens to participate in digital literacy competencies development and local digital content creation and in other digital information initiatives. 

It offers free trial of modern robotics, engineering and programming kits: 3D printers, Lego robotics, programmable microcontroller kits, educational drones, microcomputers, you can also take part in interesting workshops and activities – the link to robotics labs.

Anyone willing can visit and create in space! We invite curious parents with their children, who are interested in modern technologies, as well as physics, chemistry, computer science teachers and pupils, students, all can try innovations together.
